Franklin County man accused of raping 15-year-old girl | Crime

A Franklin County man is locked up and accused of raping a 15-year-old girl he met at a high school football game.

Police say it happened back in September at a home in Red Bay.

The district attorney presented the case to a Franklin County grand jury. They handed down an indictment this week.

Officials say 22-year-old Kevin Crum gave the teen a ride to a friend’s house. Crum is accused of knocking the victim to the kitchen floor and then raping her.

If convicted, Crum could face 10 years to life in prison.
