Russellville police arrest 4 suspects on drug charges | Crime
A drug bust landed four people behind bars in Franklin County.
Russellville police said 40-year-old Jesse Mann and his wife, 43-year-old Mary Mann were locked up for manufacturing meth.
The couple was arrested Monday at their home on college avenue.
Police also arrested 29-year-old Justin Welker and 25-year-old Demetrius Fuqua at a different location.
Both men face a list of drug charges including possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
