Couple indicted for writing letters about child sex acts | Crime
A Franklin County grand jury indicted a couple accused of writing letters detailing sexual acts they would like to perform on young children.
Seth Alexander and Jennifer Milam face five counts of facilitating the solicitation of unlawful sexual contact with a child under 16.
Investigators said they wrote the letters when they were in jail last fall.
