A Franklin County Grand Jury has indicted two men on robbery charges.

24 year old Johnny Borden and 51 year old Mark Cooley could stand trial as soon as December.

According to Russellville Police, Cooley set up the crime. The two men entered the victim's apartment and robbed a 20 year old man at gunpoint back in April. He victim ran out of the apartment, but  came back about 45 minutes after the robbery to get his cellphone and call police. Cooley and Borden were still in the apartment, leading to a scuffle in the kitchen. According to police, Borden fired his shotgun during the fracas. The shot went through a wall and struck the other robber, Cooley, who was in the living room.
