Teachers accused of sex with student expected in court | News
FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- An educator accused of having sex with a
student is expected in court Wednesday.
Kimberly Bynum faces criminal charges for
allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old. Investigators say the former student admitted the affair.
She is expected in court Wednesday for her
pretrial hearing. The case has been delayed more than once, but is scheduled to
begin February 4.
Bynum taught math at Vina High School in
Franklin County.
